Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by RAKSHAN COOL TECH. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Nature of Service
- RAKSHAN COOL TECH is an independent, third-party service provider specializing in the out-of-warranty repair of home appliances such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.
- We are NOT an authorized service center for any specific brand.
- Our services are performed by independent, skilled technicians under our proprietary firm.
2. Service Appointments & Doorstep Visits
- We provide doorstep services in Thanjavur, surrounding regions like Papanasam, and across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
- A Visiting/Inspection Fee is applicable for every technician visit. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking and is payable even if you choose not to proceed with the suggested repair after the diagnosis.
3. Quotations & Payments
- After inspection, our technician will provide an estimated cost for repairs and spare parts.
- Final billing may vary slightly based on the actual work performed or additional parts required.
- All payments must be made directly to RAKSHAN COOL TECH via cash, UPI, or bank transfer upon completion of the service.
4. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use high-quality, compatible spare parts for repairs.
- Service Warranty: We offer a limited-period warranty on the specific repair performed and parts replaced.
- This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair or damages caused by power fluctuations, external factors, or mishandling after the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Since we are a third-party service center, hiring us may void your manufacturer’s original warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of their brand warranty before booking.
- RAKSHAN COOL TECH and its proprietor, K. RAJADURAI, shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that an adult (above 18 years) is present during the service visit.
- Customers should provide a safe working environment for our technicians.
- Please ensure all valuable items are removed from the vicinity of the appliance being repaired.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
